Delivery challenges caused by sudden external disruptionsWhen the first batch of EVA children’s puzzle play mats was completed and ready for shipment, a typhoon along the south China coast caused a 2-day port terminal closure. After reopening, widespread congestion disrupted normal container pickup and return procedures. We activated our logistics emergency response plan immediately, coordinated with our long-term partner trucking fleets to seize the time window and complete empty container pickup before the closure took effect. After the terminal reopened, we redirected heavy containers via the rail freight service from Changping, Dongguan to Yantian Port to return them to the terminal, ensuring the goods were successfully loaded and shipped on schedule.
2. Packaging adjustment for offline channel display requirementsThe client also requested that packaging be changed to a retail-standard top-and-bottom tray box format for supermarket channels. Our design team immediately collaborated with the packaging department to respond. Based on the dimensions of the standard Eva Floor Mat 30x30cm, we calculated stacking and display parameters and released a complete packaging design solution on the same day, efficiently completing the detailed adjustment for channel adaptation.

Deepened Partnership: Outcomes and Figures from Three Years of Cooperation

Three years of alignment and trust have upgraded our cooperation model from “order-by-order coordination” to “annual lock-in orders”: since 2023, the client finalizes its annual EVA kids puzzle play mats procurement plan every March–April, and we reserve exclusive production capacity in advance.
