HONG KONG, CHINA – August 18, 2026 – A Hong Kong-based administrative support consultancy, has announced an expansion of its team and service capacity to assist individuals and small businesses preparing their own Small Claims Tribunal applications.
The Small Claims Tribunal is a division of the Hong Kong Judiciary that hears civil monetary claims of HK$75,000 or less. A defining feature of the Tribunal is that legal representation is not permitted, and parties must present their own case. The jurisdictional limit was raised from HK$50,000 to HK$75,000 with effect from 3 December 2018.
