FREDERICK, MD – July 2, 2026 – Karmin Reeves Jenkins, founder and CEO of Inner Healing For Abundant Living, Inc. (IH4AL), will be a featured speaker at Shawn Fair’s Leadership Experience Tour on August 6–8, 2026, at the Michigan State University Education Center in Troy, Michigan. At the event, she will introduce her coaching platform and framework to a national audience of business leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs.
Karmin is a certified Abundant Living Coach, a retired licensed clinical social worker, a published author, a TEDx speaker, and a retired U.S. Army Major. Her company helps women who have reached career and personal success but still feel that something important is missing in their lives.
What She Will Present
The Leadership Experience Tour is a national platform that brings together speakers, coaches, and entrepreneurs from across the United States. As a featured speaker, Karmin will present the mission, methods, and tools behind IH4AL.
During her session, Karmin plans to explain the main ideas behind her platform: how personal, family, and cultural history can hold women back, and what practical steps they can take to move forward. She will also share the story of why she started the company and how its programs work.
Her company uses a method she calls the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Multigenerational Family Systems Healing Framework. She says it is different from standard coaching because it looks at the long-term, family-rooted causes of trauma and misaligned identity, not only the surface problems.
“Abundance is not only about outside success,” Karmin said. “It begins with healing on the inside. When women heal, they do more than succeed. They do well in every part of their lives.”
Who the Company Serves
Inner Healing For Abundant Living, Inc. works mainly with women in their 30s and older, including professionals, business owners, and managers, who want stronger confidence, healthier relationships, and a clearer sense of purpose. About the Founder
Karmin is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Supervisor designation. She worked for years as a government social worker before retiring as a Major in the Army Reserves. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cleveland State University and a Master of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
Through her appearance at the Leadership Experience Tour, Karmin hopes to reach more women with a simple message: a fulfilling life is possible for every woman, no matter her past or the challenges she faces today.
