Koliopoulos is particularly passionate about encouraging practical collaboration over performative networking. He believes many professionals spend too much time focusing on appearances instead of building meaningful connections.
“Real networking is not about collecting contacts,” he says. “It’s about building trust and having conversations that actually matter.”

“You don’t need a huge platform to help someone,” he says. “Sometimes a single conversation or piece of advice can create momentum that changes a person’s career.”

“A lot of the best lessons happen naturally,” he explains. “They happen through everyday conversations, shared experiences, and people being willing to listen.”
