San Francisco, California – October 11, 2026 –<\/strong> Stoyc, a boutique marketing agency that works with real estate and design businesses across California, today outlined why it considers Saga Interiors one of the best interior designers in San Francisco. Stoyc provides marketing services to Saga Interiors and pointed to the firm’s 181 Fremont penthouse, its full-service model and its published pricing, all detailed in Saga’s new San Francisco interior design guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Saga Interiors is a full-service interior design firm led by founder and principal designer Mahsa Afsharpour, working from a studio in Millbrae on the San Francisco Peninsula. Its featured San Francisco project, 181 Fremont: A Penthouse Amongst the Clouds<\/a>, is a 2,575-square-foot condo with three bedrooms and three and a half baths in the 181 Fremont tower. Afsharpour first saw the unit in the building’s final stages of construction, and its primary suite looks toward the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge. Describing the project on the firm’s website, she wrote that her “design approach embraced a palette of neutral hues, a symphony of clean, uncluttered lines,” paired with rich textures and statement lighting. The home was photographed by Alyssa Rosenheck.<\/p>\n

The penthouse has drawn outside attention. MyDomaine published a full home tour crediting the design to Saga Interiors, in which Afsharpour explains how she kept furniture visually light so the floor-to-ceiling views stayed in sight. Saga’s profile in Architectural Digest’s AD PRO Directory names the penthouse among the firm’s proudest work, and in a 2023 CanvasRebel interview Afsharpour said, “One of the projects we are most proud of is a magnificent penthouse at 181 Fremont in SF.”<\/p>\n

Stoyc cited several reasons the firm fits the city’s housing. According to the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey (2020 to 2024), only about 18 percent of San Francisco’s housing units are single-family detached homes, about 31 percent sit in buildings with 20 or more units, and about 45 percent were built in 1939 or earlier. Saga’s featured city work is high-rise condo design, and Afsharpour has written about preserving original details when updating older homes. The firm offers whole-home design and furnishing, luxury renovations and new construction interior design, and it prefers to join new builds early alongside the architect, builder and structural engineer.
