The hotel is a ground-up development that Kansagra Partners built, owns, and manages under license from IHG Hotels &amp; Resorts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Conversation With the City Started the Project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The project traces back to 2024, when Herriman Mayor Lorin Palmer met with Darshan and Jay Kansagra and noted that it would be good for the city to have a hotel of its own. At the time, relocating families, visiting sports teams, and business travelers coming to Herriman all had to stay in neighboring cities.
