Findings directly relevant to public health, hazard preparedness, and environmental policy often remain within specialized academic circles and rarely reach those who make decisions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Review aims to narrow that gap: to place complex findings in a clear and accurate context without oversimplifying them. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, an M.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from INSEAD.
