Fort Lauderdale-based managed IT provider places in the top 10% of ranked MSPs worldwide<\/div>\n

WheelHouse IT has been ranked No. 50 on the 2026 MSP 501, the managed services industry’s longest-running global ranking of managed service providers, published by Informa’s MSP Summit. The placement puts WheelHouse IT inside the top 100 for the third straight year and marks the seventh consecutive year the firm has appeared on the list.<\/p>\n

The MSP 501 is now in its 19th year and evaluates providers on recurring revenue, growth, revenue mix, operational performance, and business strategy rather than on size alone. WheelHouse IT moved up from No. 51 in the 2024 ranking.<\/p>\n

“Placing at No. 50 out of 501 is a reflection of decisions we made years ago that were unpopular at the time,” said Gani Zebersky, CEO and Managing Partner of WheelHouse IT<\/a>. “We kept our network operations center in-house when most of the industry was outsourcing it. We built our own client visibility platform when no vendor product met our standards. Those choices cost us margin in the short term. The company reports an average call wait time of approximately 52 seconds and an average ticket resolution time of 29.6 minutes, with a customer satisfaction rating above 95%.<\/p>\n

The firm also offers month-to-month agreements for qualified new clients, an uncommon structure in an industry built largely on multi-year contracts.<\/p>\n

“When there’s no contract holding a client in place, every month is a renewal,” said Adam Kaplan, President and Managing Partner of WheelHouse IT. “That changes how a ticket gets handled at 4:45 on a Friday. Organizations with 100 to 250 employees feel that difference immediately, because they’ve usually spent a few years with a provider who stopped scaling with them.”<\/p>\n
