Britain’s quiet welfare crisis<\/strong><\/p>\n

The UK’s beloved natives—the Welshies, cobs, Shetlands, and New Forest ponies that fill the nation’s paddocks—are, by their own hardy design, dangerously good at gaining weight on rich British grass.
