According to Gloucester County car accident attorney Ken Gibson, slow driving becomes dangerous when it forces surrounding drivers to brake, swerve, or change lanes suddenly, especially on high-speed roads. A driver approaching a much slower vehicle may have to choose among braking hard, swerving, or making a sudden lane change, and all three reactions can lead to a collision. “One slow vehicle can set off a chain of reactions,” Gibson explains. “On a road with limited passing opportunities, that can even lead to risky passes into oncoming traffic.”<\/p>\n
