The April 2026 reverse merger brought GreenMatter’s<\/strong> plant-based, biodegradable materials<\/strong> platform onto the public markets under ticker GAMN, and the combined company has moved quickly to build the governance infrastructure required to support its commercial-stage scale. Peoples joins COO<\/strong> Jason Oran<\/strong>, the first post-merger director added to the GAMN Board.<\/p>\n

Peoples retains her role as CRO, leading strategic partnerships, distributor relationships, and revenue growth across GreenMatter’s commercial operations. In 2025, she delivered $1.5 million in revenue and more than seven million units distributed internationally, secured the company’s first national retail partnership, and established European distribution through Roots Europa BV<\/strong>.
