724SOFTWARE, a Vietnam-based technology company specializing in software engineering, data and AI solutions, and enterprise systems, has joined a national digital transformation program for Vietnamese schools as the AI technology partner, working alongside VTC, one of Vietnam’s largest state-owned telecommunications and media groups. 724SOFTWARE is delivering the program through 724Edu, its education technology division. The two organizations formalized the partnership on June 12, 2026.
Under the agreement, 724SOFTWARE supplies the AI software used inside classrooms and VTC provides the network infrastructure and nationwide distribution, including reach into schools outside major cities. The classroom layer built by 724SOFTWARE covers adaptive learning paths that adjust to each student’s pace, automated assessment tools that reduce manual grading time, and assistants that support lesson planning and student progress tracking. VTC contributes the national footprint needed to place those tools in rural areas, where limited connectivity has slowed access to new technology.
The role draws on 724SOFTWARE’s existing engineering and security base. The company employs more than 200 professionals, of whom 58% are senior-level, holds ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, and is an official partner of Anthropic’s Claude and of Cursor. 724SOFTWARE has delivered software across 10 or more countries and reports a 95% client retention rate.
“We joined this program with software that teachers had already used in real classrooms, not a prototype assembled after signing,” said Mr.Nguyen Minh Hoang, Head of Delivery, Product Owner of 724SOFTWARE. “Across 22,000-25,000 classrooms in Hanoi the tools reduced grading time by 40% and gave teachers clearer data on where each student needed help, and that is the level of evidence we hold to before anything moves toward a national rollout.”
The partnership aligns with Vietnam’s national effort to digitize education. Under the government’s project to strengthen information technology and digital transformation in education and training, approved as Decision No. 131/QD-TTg in 2022, the country aims to make digital teaching and learning a daily activity for every teacher and student, with the full national education system targeted for digitization by 2030. 724SOFTWARE entered the program with a working proof of concept rather than a plan on paper, having validated its tools in live classroom settings where early results pointed to lower teacher workload and clearer visibility into student progress.
Novalearn, a Hong Kong-based education technology company operating in more than 25 countries, partners with a long-term technology advisor to 724SOFTWARE’s 724Edu division, guiding system architecture and alignment with international edtech standards as the project moves from pilot to wider deployment.
The first phase runs as a pilot at 1,000 selected schools during the 2026-2027 academic year, covering an estimated 1,000,000 students and 55,000 teachers. During the pilot, the team will collect feedback and refine the tools before scaling. National rollout is planned for later phases, in line with Vietnam’s digital transformation roadmap for education.
