Analysis Workflow

1. Protein Digestion: In the initial step, proteins are enzymatically digested into smaller peptide fragments. Traditional sequencing methods often rely on trypsin digestion, which typically results in about 60% coverage. To enhance sequence coverage, MtoZ Biolabs incorporates up to six protease combinations, ensuring more comprehensive detection of peptide fragments.
