SINGAPORE, Singapore – September 21, 2026 – Fooyo Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based AI engineering studio founded in 2014, today announced that its enterprise practice, Fooyo Enterprise AI, is deploying the Fooyo AI Knowledge Base on NVIDIA DGX Spark hardware for an international advanced manufacturing company in Singapore, which has asked not to be named. The system gives its engineers cited answers from the company’s entire body of technical documentation, while every document, model and index stays on hardware inside the company’s own facility.
The project addresses a familiar regional challenge. Process knowledge sits with engineers nearing retirement, new hires take years to become productive, and teams at different sites re-solve problems their colleagues already solved.

The design removes the risk instead of asking anyone to trust a policy.”
Running on DGX Spark keeps the company’s data inside its own network, keeps the open-weight model under the company’s control, fixes costs at the point of purchase rather than per token, and lets the model be fine-tuned on the company’s own terminology because the model and the data sit on the same machine. DGX Spark pairs a 20-core Arm CPU with a Blackwell GPU, 128 GB of unified memory and four TB of storage, running open-weight models of up to 200 billion parameters as part of the full Knowledge Base stack, language model, embedding model, reranker, vector index and knowledge graph, on one desktop device.
The Fooyo AI Knowledge Base is built for document collections that off-the-shelf “chat with your documents” tools handle poorly. Format-aware ingestion parses scanned drawings, spreadsheets, slide decks, email threads and PDFs and preserves the relationships between related documents, while permission-aware retrieval filters every query by the identity of the person asking before the language model reads anything. Every answer cites its sources with the passage highlighted for verification. At its core is a knowledge graph that extracts entities and their relationships, letting the system answer questions spanning documents written years apart, and letting domain experts inspect and correct what it believes is connected.
“A conversation window is one way in, but it is not the product,” said Li. “Engineers also browse the knowledge map and use the knowledge base from inside the tools they already work in.”
Fooyo Enterprise AI delivers on-premises systems through a staged approach, starting with a proof of concept on real documents and acceptance criteria agreed in advance. Answer accuracy applies as a production threshold only after fine-tuning; nothing is sent to external APIs at any stage, and the completed system is handed to the client’s own IT team to operate.
