In the vibrant early summer of June, Liancheng Group marked an important new milestone in Taicang with the groundbreaking of its Phase IV Smart Nuclear Pump Project at the Liancheng Suzhou Industrial Park.
The project represents a major step in Liancheng’s continued expansion into high-end pump equipment, intelligent manufacturing and the nuclear energy market. Building on years of development in energy-efficient water pumps, the new base is planned as a modern smart factory integrating advanced R&D with intelligent production.

Liancheng Suzhou Industrial Park Enters a New Stage of Development
Since its establishment in 2010, Liancheng Suzhou Industrial Park has continued to grow inTaicang and has developed into a leading domestic enterprise in the field of high-efficiency,energy-saving water pumps.
The Phase IV Smart Nuclear Pump Project will further expand this industrial foundation.Covering 82 mu, the project is planned to add approximately 55,000 square meters of modernfactory buildings and create a high-end equipment manufacturing base that combines advancedresearch and development with intelligent manufacturing.
The goal is not simply to expand production capacity, but to build a genuinely smart factory that supports technological innovation, manufacturing efficiency and long-term industrial growth.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by representatives from the Taicang municipal government, Chengxiang Town and Liancheng Group, including Taicang Mayor Wang Yu,Vice Mayor Zhang Zhan, Liancheng Group Chairman Zhang Ximiao, Shanghai Liancheng GroupSuzhou Co., Ltd. General Manager Zhang Wei, Chengxiang Town Party Secretary Yang Weidongand Chengxiang Town Mayor Wang Yi.

One of the project’s core priorities is to strengthen Liancheng’s capabilities in key pump manufacturing technologies. According to the project announcement, the company’shigh-efficiency dynamic pumps have achieved important progress in two critical technical areas: impeller axial-force balancing and cavitation resistance.
Once completed, the Phase IV smart nuclear pump base is expected to further consolidate Liancheng’s technological capabilities and support more independently controlled production of high-end pump equipment.

Liancheng Group has entered the supplier list of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and has obtained nuclear-energy-related certification from Russia’s atomic energy sector.These developments reflect the company’s efforts to strengthen its quality systems andmeet the demanding requirements of high-end energy applications.
With this foundation, Liancheng aims to support national energy security and China’scarbon-peaking and carbon-neutrality goals while also expanding its presence in overseas markets through the Belt and Road Initiative.
